South Dublin Vets are very proud of our service and will look after your pet as if it was one of our own. Nothing is too big or small for us!
To help us deliver the very best service to you, we use a range of diagnostic tools and services.
CLINICAL LABORATORY SERVICE
All our blood tests, tissue samples and other other tests we may need to run are overseen by a specialist pathologist who is always on hand for expert advice.
DENTAL CARE
We offer a full range of dental procedures to ensure healthy teeth and gums.
ENDOSCOPY
We have a video bronchoscope which allows us to see right down your pets respiratory tract all the way to the bottom of the lungs and into that tricky spot at the back of the nose. We will hopefully be taking delivery of our new gastroscope in 2023 which will allow us to do the same in their digestive tract.
X-RAYS
Our digital X-ray machine allows us to take multiple X-rays of all the corners of your pet.
ULTRASOUND
Our new ultrasound allows us to do non specialist scans of your pet if we have any concerns about their bladder, tummy, liver and to check for possible pregnancies.
SPECIALIST ULTRASOUND
Every Tuesday, Emma Tobin, our specialist radiologist performs cardiac and abdominal scans and also provides a valuable X-ray reading service.
In short we will endeavour to do everything we can to get your pet back on the road to full health and hopefully keep it there.
